We are delighted to invite you to our 1st International Staff Week at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

This event will take place in the week June 4-9th 2018. The event is open to all university staff - administrative and teaching. Due to emphasis on cross-cultural perspectives and internationalization no more than 2 participants per university will be accepted.

We believe that successful cooperation is based on personal encounters and meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences. The Erasmus International Week offers great opportunities for networking, sharing knowledge and best practices within and across professional areas. It is also a great possibility to strengthen existing partnerships and present opportunities for future cooperation.

By the start of March candidates will be informed about their acceptance and will receive further information.

Participants are obliged to cover travel, accommodation and part of meals expenses.

The following is provided for our guests:

  • training materials
  • lunches
  • welcoming dinner
  • coffee breaks
  • sightseeing of Warsaw (within Vistula river cruise)
  • farewell supper

The language of instruction is English.

Our guests will have an opportunity to participate in chosen workshops in the field of innovation, soft skills, polish language or polish culture (registration for those will take place later on via 365 office form).

Administrative staff will participate in job shadowing panels. Whereas teachers will have a chance to share their knowledge according to their home country didactic methods (no less than 8 hours of teaching is required).

Note that we can accept teaching staff only from partner institutions (within the Erasmus + KA1 programme). Otherwise we have to hurriedly conclude a bilateral agreement, but probably everyone would rather avoid helter-skelter.

Below you can find the preliminary program and the application form. The deadline for apply is Friday, February 18th 2018.

For more information you can check >>

Please, feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions concerning the event.
